Firstly, we would like to extend our thanks for always choosing our company
We are putting up this notice to inform our valued customers that there may be some delays in the production and shipping of some of our products manufactured in China that were scheduled to go on sale in February due to the recent outbreak of the novel Coronavirus.
Our team is the process of confirming the situation with our factories located in China and working to get things back to normal and will be notifying customers who have placed an order for a product that will be affected by a delay once we have confirmed that there will indeed be delays.
We sincerely apologize to all of our dedicated customers for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding.
