Firstly, we’d like to thank you for incredible support of our products.

We’re contacting you to let you know that EMS delivery has been suspended since late April to December of this year due to the unfortunate situation worldwide caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Postal delivery services have been unavailable during this period and it is still uncertain as to when these services will resume.

Due to this, we have removed EMS as one of the shipping options temporarily which means that DHL will be the only shipping option until we know more.

Additionally, any products that have not yet shipped and were originally supposed to be delivered via EMS will be delivered via DHL as a temporary solution.

* There will not be any additional shipping charges due to the change in delivery providers.

Regions which have been affected by the suspension of EMS delivery services are as follows:

United States, Canada

We will be putting out another announcement immediately once EMS delivery services will be available once again.
