We wanted to let all of our customers know that unfortunately it is currently not possible to choose DHL for shipping due to some technical issues we are experiencing with the Shone RIC website.

Our team is currently looking into what is causing the issue as well as improving our system as soon as possible but we unfortunately cannot say at this time when this issue will be resolved.

When selecting the shipping method for orders, we're asking that our customers select either EMS or International e-Packet until we can finally restore the ability to select DHL.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenient that this may cause and we'll keep working to provide not only better products but also a better experience when using our service in the future.
